He was a life saver, he took the job with 5 hours before us leaving after another sitter canceled on us. The dogs loved him, he was very conscientious, thoughtful and understanding. Informed us about things that came up, sent us pictures. He was very polite, a true God sent person, we truly had no one else and would have had to cancel a cruise to Hawaii. Will definitely be booking again!!!! If there were more stars he would have got 10!!!!!!

During the time I was away, Zach kept in regular contact, sending updates, photos, and even little notes about how my dog was doing each day. It was so reassuring to see my pup looking happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Zach stuck closely to my instructions but also showed great judgment and initiative when needed.
