Fenced Yard Home Boarding
I’m new to Rover, but not new to caring for dogs. I’ve spent years helping friends and family with their pets and am comfortable handling different personalities, routines, and energy levels. I live in a house with a fully fenced yard, and because I work three shifts a week as a nurse, I’m home frequently on my off days to give dogs plenty of attention and supervision. I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine, whether that means walks, playtime, crate training, medication, or a quieter stay if they prefer being the only dog. My goal is simple: a safe, relaxed environment where your dog feels comfortable and well cared for while you’re away.

I’m able to help care for and interact with dogs in any way that’s required. I’ve had needy dogs that have to be by your side every second and the more independent dogs that prefer less attention and I’m happy to work with both. I'm good at reading dogs and letting them dictate our interactions as far as providing them attention and care. I live in a house with a fully fenced yard, which means safe outdoor time, fresh air, and room to stretch. I don’t have pets of my own, so the environment stays calm and predictable.

Zack has done drop in visits and walks for my old temperamental dog and younger anxious dog many times. He was patient and gained their trust quickly which has been a challenge with past sitters. He has given them food at meal times and administered meds. I felt very at ease on long work days knowing he was stopping by.
Zach has helped watch my dogs before he got on Rover. His genuine love for dogs regardless of size, breed, or age is hard to miss. He has a natural ability to connect with dogs and be a smooth, calming presence even when the dogs are very excited. He can read dogs well and matches their energy appropriately. We have 3 huskies and they can be quite a lot, but I would never hesitate to call on him to watch them.

Schedule
I work three shifts a week as a nurse with my schedule changing weekly, so on my off days I’m home a lot and able to give dogs consistent attention and structure.
