I follow each pet’s routine closely—feeding schedules, exercise needs, and any medication or special care instructions. I offer plenty of supervised outdoor time (in a secure area), mental stimulation, and downtime to keep pets balanced and stress-free. In Your Home: I respect your space and your pet’s routine. I make sure your pet gets the same love and structure they’re used to, whether that’s walks, playtime, meals, or snuggles on the couch. I’m tidy, trustworthy, and always communicate so you know how things are going while you're away. No matter where your pet is, I treat them like my own—with patience, kindness, and lots of tail wags.

Before caring for any pet, I like to learn as much as I can so I can provide the best experience possible—for both of us! Some key things I always ask about: Daily routine: Feeding times, walk schedules, sleep habits, and any quirks Temperament: How they behave around new people, other animals, or in new environments Training: Commands they know, leash manners, and any areas they’re working on Medical needs: Allergies, medications, or special dietary requirements Triggers or fears: Thunder, loud noises, certain handling, etc. House rules: Are they allowed on furniture? Any off-limit areas? The more I know up front, the better I can match your pet’s routine and help them feel safe, loved, and stress-free while you're away.

I love keeping pets active, happy, and mentally stimulated—so we always have some fun planned! Depending on your pet’s personality and energy level, I’ll tailor our activities to what they love most. For high-energy dogs, we’ll go on long walks, play fetch, tug-of-war, or do basic obedience games to keep their minds sharp. If your dog is more mellow, we’ll enjoy relaxed strolls, puzzle toys, snuggle time, or just hanging out together. If I’m working with a pup that enjoys more structured fun—especially hunting breeds or working dogs—I’ll incorporate training drills, scent work, or other tasks to keep them focused and satisfied. No matter what, your pet will be engaged, exercised, and well-loved while you're away!

Zachary was absolutely wonderful with Benny. He met with us twice before we went away. Our Golden Benny loved him. He sent us pictures daily to show us that Benny was happy. He followed all the instructions and when we got home the house was spotless. Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Zachary.
Zach cleary took good care of the menagerie while we were away. The dogs and cats were calm, not anxious in any way, when we got home. Also, to my delight, my plants were happy and best of all, the house was clean. The only criticism I can come up with is that I'd have enjoyed a few more pictures. Much more important to me is that Zach actually cared, as I could tell when our flight was delayed and Zach made an extra trip back to the house to make sure everyone was okay.
It looks like Rost had a wonderful time! ☺️ Easy coordination, great communication—and all fairly last minute. Zach was great and we'd love to leave our buddy with him again someday.
My dog is always a handful. I checked into my cameras as Zachary was picking him up for the first time for a walk. Zachary immediately had amazing control over him. Seemed like he knew exactly how to handle the situation and my dog could basically sense that. Was also just a very respectful, prompt, courteous guy. Great experience, will certainly have him walk for us again in the future!
