I have been around dogs for most of my life. My family got our first dog when I was two years old, a high energy pit bull mix who taught me how to keep up with active dogs and provide plenty of exercise and engagement. When I was twelve and then again when I was thirteen, we adopted a second and third dog both of which had much more relaxed personalities. Growing up with these two pups helped me learn how to care for dogs with different temperaments, energy levels, and needs. In addition to caring for my own pets, I have provided pet sitting services for family and friends on numerous occasions. My experience ranges from caring for dogs during extended family vacations to stopping by for walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship while owners are away for the day. Through these experiences, I have become comfortable working with dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who require extra patience and attention. I am experienced with basic puppy training, administering medications, maintaining routines, and adapting care to each dog's individual personality and needs. What sets me apart is that I genuinely love spending time with animals and treat every pet as if they were my own.
