Our dog, Max, adores him — tail wags the second he walks in — which tells you everything you need to know. Zack always arrives with and handful of Max’s favorite treats in his pocket and takes that extra few minutes to pay Max total attention. He takes over the moment he walks through the door, making our leaving carefree. Zack kept us in the loop with updates and photos, so we never had to wonder how things were going.
