I was faced with a very difficult situation just a couple of days before Zack began his stay with the dogs. I had a flood in the kitchen and the HOA insisted on Disaster Mitigation, which was horribly unsettling, disruptive and noisy. My entire kitchen was and still is, 4 weeks later, turned upside down and inside out, and for most of the tie he had no cooking facilities or laundry. Zack dealt with this very calmly, took it completely in his stride. Because he was so calm the dogs were calm too, despite all the upset on top of my absence. I did everything I could to make the situation easier for him but I left for a 24 day trip to Europe and had only very limited wifi for most of the time.

Zack has been a very close friend of mine for a long time. He’s very mindful and gentle with animals. He has helped with watching my dog Hobbs several times and I feel very comfortable with him on duty. Hobbs does too! Please consider Zack for all your pet needs!!!

Zack is one of the most responsible and caring people I know, especially when it comes to animals. I have two dogs he loves hanging out with, and they absolutely love him right back. He’s patient, attentive, and truly enjoys spending time with pets. My dog, Disco, isn’t a very social being. He’ll say hi to visitors and leave them be for the rest of the visit. However, that’s not the case with Zack. For some reason, he’ll walk up to Zack and just sit in front of him, waiting for love and affection from him. He doesn’t do this with anybody else! He’s also helped out when I’ve gone on vacation with feeding and walking Disco. I already know he’s in good hands, which is really nice. I never have to worry. He’s my go-to guy.

Hi Rover, Zack Greenwald is seriously the best. Leaving your dog (and your house!) with someone else can be stressful, but Zack made it so easy. Our dog, Max, adores him — tail wags the second he walks in — which tells you everything you need to know. Zack always arrives with and handful of Max’s favorite treats in his pocket and takes that extra few minutes to pay Max total attention. He takes over the moment he walks through the door, making our leaving carefree. Zack kept us in the loop with updates and photos, so we never had to wonder how things were going. We came home to a super happy dog and a house that looked like we never left. If you’re looking for someone who’s reliable, easygoing, and genuinely loves animals, Zack’s your guy. We check to see if he’s available every time we go away.

Zack is a responsible, neat, caring, and kind animal and house sitter. When he arrives, he can be counted on to take over the house and animals without delay, making our leaving easy-breezy. He asks all the right questions about the dogs' meds, the cats' feeding times, the walking schedule, and any updates he should be aware of. Once updated, he refills water bowls, checks the food bags, and even taps the aquarium to let the fish know who's in charge. Truly, Zack is a charming and gentle caregiver, a delight to have in our home. Knowing your animals and home are secure and cared for is the secret to a great vacation.
