Hello! My name is Zach. I’m 31 years old and I am a Journeyman Plumber for local 38, San Francisco’s Plumbing Union. I recently moved to Sonoma after being in San Francisco the past 5 years. I would love to help any and all who need a friend to watch/walk their pet(s). I grew up always having cats and dogs and have a German Shepherd Mix named Rusty who loves to play with anyone who's willing. He will keep your dog company on walks and at the dog park all day (with your permission of course, otherwise he can stay with my fiancé at home!) I love all animals and treat them as if they are my own. I will gladly help with any service needed- dog walking, day care, check in visits, etc. I am currently off work from the union until November so I am free almost every day and so is Rusty! My house will essentially become your dogs. They are free to roam as they please. I have a little backyard that gets plenty of sun throughout the day so they can soak up some sun in the backyard. We will go on some type of walk/hike every day. They are free to lounge on our big sofa and cuddle up in bed as well.

Zach was extremely accommodating, moving his schedule around to help take care of our puppy, Nix, on short notice. He and his dog, Rusty, were friendly and welcomed Nix to make her feel at home right away. Nix and Rusty were two peas in a pod and had a fun day together at the park. We would definitely entrust Zach with taking care of our dog any time!
We booked with Zach at the last minute and he was very accommodating to our schedule. We could tell that he was responsible, attentive, and that our dog Sophie felt comfortable with him. We’ll definitely use him again when visiting the area!
Although I booked at the last minute, Zach responded quickly and was very attentive. He kept in touch throughout the entire care and the best part was there was another dog for Whodi to play with. Will definitely book again!
Zach if my go-to Rover, and we’ll use him again to the extent possible. I was a bit hesitant about giving my dogs away for a couple hours but Zach was highly professional and assuaged all concerns. He picked up my dogs on time, early in the morning, dropped them back off on time, and was responsive from booking through drop off.
Zach is the best! My dog, Percy, loves him so much.
I booked Zach to walk my 8 month old puppy, Percy. It was Percy’s first walk with a new person and I was surprised at how well everything went. Zach was very patient, responsible, and took excellent care of my puppy! I hope to book with him again when I go back to work or need a sitter. Thank you, Zach!

Schedule
I usually work Mon-Fri and am home around 3pm but I am off work until end of November 2025 so I am home a lot more now!
