I'm great with cats and dogs!
I’m based in California, but I spend a lot of time in Oregon visiting family, so I split my time between both states. I’ve been pet sitting and dog walking off and on for over 25 years, and I offer drop-in visits, walks, and overnight care. I’m very comfortable giving medications of all kinds — including pills, subcutaneous injections, and IV fluids. I previously cared for my own diabetic kitty for 12 years, along with managing kidney disease and hyperthyroidism, so I truly understand special-needs pets. I’ve also done group dog walks, worked for a pet sitting company for 10 years before I started my own business, and even worked in a cat boarding facility. I love taking dogs to the beach, out on hikes, and just along for everyday adventures. I’m an early riser and enjoy starting my day with a walk — even better when a furry friend is by my side. When I’m with your pet, they have my full attention and are treated like one of my own. I’m also independently insured for pet sitting. I really value building long-term relationships and having repeat clients. As a former pet owner myself, I know how important consistency is and how much a familiar, trusted caregiver can affect a pet’s happiness and behavior. It truly makes a difference!

Safety, trust & environment
I’m clean and respectful of boundaries. Your home will look clean and neat upon your return. I am very communicative, and will text frequently with photos, updates, and/or questions. I’m also very observant, so if you’re dog has a limp, or your cat has an eye that starts tearing up, I will speak up and ask about it.

Yvonne took great care of our cats and home while we were out of town!
Yvonne was great with our kitties, one of whom has Chronic Kidney Disease and needs a lot of care. She sent a bunch of photos and was super responsive to my many texts. I worry a lot and she allayed my fears.
Yvonne took care of our 9 year old dog and 9-month old newly rescued puppy. She was communicative and worked hard to earn the trust of our skittish baby.
So Amazing!!!! Yvonne did such an amazing job we are so thankful for her taking care of our two small dogs!! Highly highly recommend!

Yvonne was super attentive to our dogs, and communicated really well the entire time we were gone. She left the house in impeccable shape and took care of the plants, trash, etc in addition to the pups. We would love to have her back to take care of our pups!

Schedule
I love walking, whether it be to the beach or to go walk around downtown. I do this full time, and outside of an occasional appointment or errand I run, I would be around the majority of the time.
