Experienced dog loving family - guests welcome!
My husband, David, and I have over 40 years experience with dogs. Both of us are DBS checked. Both of us dog first aid trained (NVQ L3). We have a lovely home open to furry friends. Welcome to roam house. Enclosed garden. Cage crated if preferred or welcome to snooze on sofas. Only dogs from one family at a time for safety. We have one dog at home so they can keep Isla in doggy company. Daily walk. Own food/toys/blankets welcome to make it home from home.

My 4 month old puppy Toby had a perfect stay with Yvonne and her husband. Yvonne kept in touch regularly with photos and updates about how Toby was getting on, and I could tell he was being really well looked after. Yvonne took consideration of Toby’s routine at home and implemented this into his stay with her. He had a great time playing with her dog Isla and it was really reassuring to know he was having fun and being taken care of so well. I would highly recommend Yvonne to look after your dog!🐾🩵
I can't recommend Yvonne highly enough! I've used her twice now to look after my two dogs, and each time they've been so well cared for. She keeps in touch throughout their stay with regular updates, photos and videos, which gives me so much reassurance while I'm away. >My little girl pup absolutely loves playing with Yvonne's pup, Isla, and it's lovely knowing she's having fun on her holiday! The dogs are treated like part of the family, and it's clear how much love and attention they receive. Having complete peace of mind when you're away is priceless, and that's exactly what Yvonne provides. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her, and I'll definitely be using her again in the future. Yvonne and her husband are so warm and caring took great care of my 2 boys Alfie and buddy they had a fantastic stay whilst we were away they wer very happy and content I had regular photos and updates they really put me at ease when I dropped them off I had no worries at all have also booked again highly recommend any one needing high standard care for there dogs thank you to you both
Gizmo had a wonderful stay with Yvonne and her husband. They took such good care of him and posted pictures of his adventures with them. Gizmo usually gets stressed when he is away from his family but he was so relaxed when I picked him up. Would definitely recommend Yvonne to look after your dog.
Yvonne and David were amazing again! So great with our boys, taking them on adventures and putting up with their 'quirks'. Such a great feeling to be able to go away and not worry at all.
Yvonne and David are so lovely, we felt from the meet & greet that our boys would be well looked after, and they definitely were! They dealt with Kenny's anxiety and Geoff's general grumpiness so well, we weren't ever worried about them. We also got great pics and videos, absolutely going to rebook.

Schedule
Both of us take turns to work from home so there is nearly always someone at home. Walks, down time and play time every day. Individual pet routines and guidelines will, of course, be followed, if preferred.

Safety, trust & environment
Fenced garden. Pet friendly house. Dogs welcome anywhere in the house. Guests will be part of the family. Isla, our Scottish terrier, is very friendly.
Pets
A typical day
We like to understand the needs of our guests. What time they like to get up, have brekkie, have a walk. Do they like snoozing on the sofa or at bit of playtime. We can vary our routine to meet these needs. We’re quiet a quite house so a snuggle on the sofa is always welcome too!
