I’ve been pet sitting for friends and neighbors for about 15 years, and I’ve had dogs my entire life. My first dog came into my life when I was just 7 years old. She was my best friend and lived a long, happy life. As a young adult, I had my next dog—an Akita who absolutely loved people. She, too, was part of our family for many wonderful years and was very loved and spoiled. Since then, I’ve chosen to adopt my family dogs from shelters. My most recent dog recently moved to Los Angeles with my college student, and while I’m so happy for them, I definitely miss having a dog around! That’s why I would love the opportunity to spend time with your dog. I treat every dog in my care like one of my own—with lots of love, attention, patience, walks, and, of course, plenty of spoiling. 🐾❤️ I understand how important it is to know that your furry family member is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I’d be honored to give your dog the same love and care I’ve given my own dogs throughout my life.

Yvonne is the most conscientious and nurturing pet person I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I have seen her literally dive into freezing Lake Tahoe to save a dog that was tied to a cleat on a boat anchored off the shore when the dog excitedly and accidentally fell into the water. The dog would have drowned if Yvonne did not act a quickly as she did. I trust Yvonne so much with pets that my will dictates that Yvonne is the person I have chosen to take care of my pets if I unexpectedly pass away. Nuff said.
Yvonne has loved and cared for dogs her entire life. Even as a child, she was the one who took responsibility for our family dogs, and over the years she has opened her home to foster and care for many dogs with patience, compassion, and affection. She is dependable, trustworthy, and attentive to each dog’s individual needs, and I know she will treat every pet as if it were her own. Pet parents can feel confident that Yvonne will provide safe, loving care along with friendly, reliable communication.

Your Dog’s Routine, Their Home Away From Home 🐾 I’m currently retired, which gives me the flexibility to fit right into your dog’s normal routine. Whether your pup enjoys daily walks, playtime, or simply relaxing by your side, I’m happy to accommodate what makes them comfortable and happy. If your dog is energetic, we can enjoy walks and plenty of playtime together. And if your dog is more of a couch potato, that’s perfectly fine too—we can simply hang out, relax, and enjoy each other’s company. ❤️ My goal is to make their time with me feel as much like home as possible, while giving them plenty of love, attention, and care.

A Safe, Loving Home Away From Home 🐾 I have a two-story single-family home with a securely fenced-in yard, giving your dog plenty of space to feel comfortable and at home. For potty breaks and backyard time, I always go outside with the dogs. I never simply let them out on their own—I want to make sure they are safe and supervised. I’m recently retired, so I’m home most of the day and able to give your dog lots of attention and companionship. If I do need to leave, it’s usually just for a couple of hours to run errands. My home is safe, comfortable, and dog-friendly, and I truly enjoy having dogs around. Your dog will be treated like part of the family and will receive plenty of love, attention, and, of course, a little spoiling! ❤️🐶 After a lifetime of loving and caring for my own dogs, along with about 15 years of pet sitting for friends and neighbors, I understand how important it is to leave your dog with someone you can trust. My goal is for you to feel comfortable knowing your dog is happy, safe, and well cared for while you’re away.
