Yuzi has been absolutely amazing with our dog, Colton. He's very reactive around other dogs, so it's incredibly hard to find someone we trust to care for him, let alone someone who is patient enough to work with his challenges. Before his stay, she took the time to do a meet-and-greet to make sure Colton and her dog, Louie, would be a good fit, which gave us so much confidence from the start. Yuzi is extremely knowledgeable and caring. She even managed to successfully introduce Colton to another dog on leash, which I honestly never thought was possible! I'm so happy to say that Colton and Louie are now buddies. It's clear she genuinely loves dogs and understands their behaviour. She also sends frequent updates and photos, which gives us so much peace of mind. I feel completely comfortable leaving Colton in her care and couldn't recommend her more highly.

She is dependable, attentive to details, and always makes sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Yuzi is also an excellent communicator and provides friendly, reliable customer service. Any pet owner would feel confident leaving their furry family member in her care. I have no doubt she will treat every pet with the same love and attention as if they were her own.
