She left our front door open when she left which was an hour before we got home as agreed. The house was left completely unsecured, any one coming to the door would have been able to enter it house, take our pets, our belongings and our cars. She pulled to the outer porch door and claimed she wasn’t aware there was a proper front door. Unbelievable, we will not be using her again. Also, rubber customer support has been appalling. This was a very serious breach of care.
Look no further! Yuxi is the ultimate dog sitter! Her natural love and care for animals are truly remarkable, and I feel so fortunate to have had her care for my dog during my 10-day vacation. She provided daily updates and was honest about any issues that arose. As a dog owner, leaving my furry friend with someone I didn’t know was daunting, but Yuxi was incredible. She gave me peace of mind, allowing me to fully enjoy my time away, all because I trusted her. She will always be considered part of my family! Thank you, Rover!
Yuxi was so lovely, our dog max is not always the easiest and because of her my husband and I were able to see our baby scan together for the first time! We really appreciate the effort and time she took taking care of max. Max hopes to see her soon!
Yuxi was AMAZING with my cat Magnus. She stayed at my house with him for several days, gave ample updates, tons of adorable photos, and was GREAT with instructions & communication. Yuxi is so sweet, my cat obviously loved her & my house was clean and beautiful when I arrived back home after a week. Was such a relief to be able to book such an awesome sitter pretty last minute before I was out of the country! Would and will book Yuxi again and again!
