Yunyao went above and beyond during the 4 days of daycare! She made sure the temperature was cool enough, she made Hazy little ice fruit treats, and she sent us multiple updates with photos throughout the day each day. Hazy was so spoiled and could not have been in better hands!

Yunyao was amazing watching my 2 cats! She accommodated my every request and sent daily updates with plenty of pictures of my cats looking calm and relaxed. She was able to give my cat that has anxiety her oral medication, which my cat can make very difficult. I felt a little anxious leaving my cats with someone I never met, but after meeting Yunyao and seeing how caring and responsible she is, I immediately felt relieved and knew my cats were in good hands. She was very responsive and made sure my cats had everything they needed. I would use Yunyao again in the future for my cat sitting needs!

I have known Yunyao for four years. She is a kind and thoughtful person, currently pursuing a degree at Harvard. During the summer of 2022, when I was living in Boston for an internship, I had my golden retriever, Bailey, with me. Yunyao adored Bailey, frequently visiting with treats and toys. On several occasions when I had to travel out of town, Yunyao was always ready to offer her help by dog-sitting Bailey at no cost. She kept me informed about Bailey's well-being during my absence and took him to dog parks almost daily. Bailey thoroughly enjoyed his time with Yunyao.

I had Yunyao look after my pets Po (a 10 year old white Pomeranian) and Mi ( a 2year old British shorthair) while I was away and she did an amazing job taking care of them. She was great at communicating and genuinely cared for my furry friends!

My very first impression with Yunyao was that she is great with kids and pets. She is the most loving person I've ever met in my life. She takes great care of people around her, and I'm sure she would be the first person I'll go for if I want to leave my cats to someone to go on a trip. Moreover, she's very good with communicating, I'm sure if anyone want's to leave their pets with someone, she is the person you want to choose, as she will do her very best to ensure there will be no wrong happens on anyone she tries to take care of. Last spring break when my mom asked to leave my cats at Yunyao's place before I went on my 7days trip to New York City, at the beginning, I was a little reluctant about her decision. But when I came back and I realized my cats didn't even want to come home with me, Yunyao got cats toys and snacks for my cats and played with them all the time, she was even a more responsible cat owner than I am! After that, I've been leaving my cats at Yunyao's place every time I needed someone, as she's the most trustworthy friend of mine when it comes to petsitting.
