As an Animal Science major, I combine that love with science, basing my care on reliable, evidence-based information rather than guesswork. Learning about animal behavior, nutrition, and health has helped me better understand how animals communicate and what they need to feel safe and comfortable. I enjoy caring for pets of all ages and personalities. I’m patient with puppies who are still learning routines and boundaries, and I’m equally attentive with senior pets who need a gentler pace and closer observation. I believe every animal deserves to be treated as an individual, with kindness, respect, and consistency. To me, pet care is more than a responsibility—it’s something I truly care about, and I always aim to provide a calm, loving, and thoughtful environment for every pet I look after.

When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I always start by learning their routine, preferences, and any special needs. I follow feeding schedules carefully, provide appropriate exercise and playtime, and make sure pets have both stimulation and time to rest. I pay close attention to behavior, appetite, and bathroom habits so I can quickly notice any changes. I keep living spaces clean and safe, including daily cleaning and regular deep cleaning of areas like litter boxes, food bowls, and sleeping spaces. I adjust my care based on the individual animal—whether that means gentle handling for senior pets, structure and positive reinforcement for younger pets, or extra patience for shy animals. My goal is to help pets feel comfortable, secure, and as close to their normal routine as possible while their owners are away.
