There is a charge of $10 for each visit outside my regular hours of 8am-9pm. For house sits, the base rate is for furkids who can be left for up to 6hrs alone at a time, additional charge of $20 for up to 4hrs alone at a time.

All new clients are required a complimentary meet and greet session as soon as possible. It is highly advisable that you provide your travel/flight details. Keys should still be accessible even after my last visit in case any emergency visits are required due to a travel delay. Ensure that your emergency contact is around to help, do not include contacts of those you are traveling with, and that the vet details are up to date.

A typical day
I’m usually out for most of the day attending to furkids, so I may take some time to reply—typically later at night. My schedule can occasionally be unpredictable, especially when it comes to caring for pets. To accommodate any unexpected delays, please allow a 2-hour window for the visit start time. That said, I will prioritize your preferred timing if medication is time-sensitive or if your puppy is still undergoing potty-training.

The more details, the better! 💩 Poop updates? you don't have to tell me because I'm already watching. I’m also Fear Free Certified, which means I’ve completed specialized training focused on reducing fear, anxiety, and stress in pets during care. I’ve learned how to recognize stress signals, use gentle handling techniques, and create a calm environment tailored to each pet’s emotional needs. My top priority is helping your furkids feel safe and comfortable while you're away. If they’re anxious around new people, I’ll always give them the time and space they need to adjust at their own pace. My $70/night house sit rate is only available for 10hrs overnight care in a cat-only home. This is perfect for kitties who like attention but does not require much care during the day. **BOOKING POLICIES** 🐱 A minimum of 1 visit per day is required while you are away. I do not offer every-other-day visits, even if you have cameras, automated feeders, or litter boxes, or if your cats are shy. This is for their safety and well-being. 🐶 If your dog will be crated while you're on vacation and house sitting is not available, you must book a minimum of three 1-hour drop-in visits per day. 🌳 If your pet has unsupervised outdoor access via a doggy door, I cannot be held responsible for anything that may happen to your pet or home while I am not present. Yunsin always goes above and beyond but this sit was extra special. My senior dog had GI issues the morning we were leaving and of course it resulted in him having explosive diarrhea all over the house between when we left and when she arrived shortly after. So she had to start off the stay by cleaning loads of liquid poop off of so many surfaces. I was panicking as I was on a long haul flight and she kept me updated with videos and his health and we decided he should go to the ER vet. He is a diva and has to be muzzled and handled specially at the vet as well as drooling in the car and she loaded him up into her own personal car with no hesitation. She sent me so many video updates from the vet so we could decide on the right course of action for him. She spent nearly the entire day either cleaning up his accidents or at the ER vet without hesitation and I knew he was in such good hands. Thankfully with her care and the new food and medication we did not have to come home from our long planned and expensive trip which was a life saver! Of course my other pets threw some curveballs at her such as breaking into Cosco snack boxes that we always have left stacked in the dining room and making a mess of the house. She dealt with it all and took such great care of everyone as always with tons of video updates daily. I could not recommend her more and we seriously would not be able to take such long vacations so far from home without such a trusted care giver for our pets!
Yunsin did great with checking in with our pups. They are nervous and bark a lot but she came prepared with treats for the first meeting which made things go well. She was attentive, giving details of their meetings and providing cute pictures that let us know they were doing well during the day while we are away.
We have four cats and needed a pet sitter who understands what it's like to have multiple cats. Yunsin, having multiple cats herself, was a perfect sitter for our cats. She was on top of things in every step and has been very trustworthy. We'd certainly rebook with her. And our cats love her too!
