When caring for pets in their own home, I always follow the owner’s routine and instructions as closely as possible — pets feel most comfortable in a familiar environment, so I make sure to keep their feeding times, walking schedule and habits consistent. I treat every home with respect and take the time to get to know each pet’s personality before jumping in. I’m observant and attentive, so if anything seems off with a pet’s behaviour or health, I’ll let the owner know straight away.

Yunchien took care of my cat, Sandra, for nearly 20 days while we were out of town. It was the first time we had ever been away from Sandra for that long, so naturally, I was quite anxious. Yunchien was truly an angel and did so much to ease my worries, even before the booking had officially started. She came over twice before we left to understand Sandra’s routine and all her requirements. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly patient and attentive, and Sandra bonded with her really well. During the 20 days, Yunchien went above and beyond to make sure Sandra was comfortable, healthy, and well cared for. Since Sandra is a long-haired Persian, she regularly groomed her and also cleaned her eyes, which need extra attention because Persians tend to get quite a bit of eye discharge. She cleaned and maintained Sandra’s water fountain, monitored her feeding devices, and when she noticed that they weren’t working as well as expected, she adapted and started bowl-feeding Sandra herself. She was also constantly monitoring how Sandra was eating and was proactive about changing her food options when needed. We even switched to a combination of wet and dry food during this time to make sure Sandra was eating well. She paid attention to all these little details that gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Honestly, Yunchien was truly a blessing. I am absolutely going to book her again for Sandra whenever she is available. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any pet parent looking for someone they can genuinely trust with their fur baby. ❤️
She did a wonderful job taking care of my dog. She was attentive to walks, feeding schedules, and all of my dog’s daily needs. My dog quickly became comfortable and attached to her, which says a lot about how kind and patient she is with animals.

Schedule
Taking care of pets is just part of my daily life, I’ve had cats at home for over 10 years, so feeding, playing and checking in on them is just something I naturally do every day. I also help friends look after their dogs from time to time, so it’s not just cats! I’m quite flexible with my schedule, so I can give pets proper attention throughout the day, not just a quick visit.
