I have a very big backyard and a dog friendly household, and I will make sure to follow your directions clearly to make sure your pet has the best experience with me. I would like to note that my pets do not live with me. They do live with my family in Mexico.
Ratings and reviews
I used Rover for the first time and had an unpleasant experience. Though this account is for Yulia she did not show up as her sister did. As this was last minute I didn't cancel since I was flying. Prior to her arrival Clya forgot when she was supposed to arrive. I left detailed care instructions in the Rover app, on paper, sent via text and photos yet Clya still reached out stating she didn't review what I shared. When I checked in asking for photos and videos she would be delayed. She was booked for in house sitting but did not stay overnight in which that was not communicated until I asked. In communication there were times Clya would say “oh I didn’t know as I was sleeping” or “I didn’t see it” when asking her about my dog or her feeding. Many times it came off as an excuse. She was supposed to stay until 12pm on her last day as she was booked but left at 8:48a and left my house unlocked. Though it’s Yulias profile you do not know who you will get. I booked based on the reviews which seems to be false advertisement. I reached out to Yulia via a phone call to provide insight on my experience in which she hung up on me. As a new customer on this platform I don't think I can refer anyone to this site.
Great communication throughout the whole time we were away.
Yulia provided communication during our trip and gave our boys the company they needed. She even brought our trash cans back in after the trash company came by. Thanks Yulia for taking care of our boys.
Yulia was great! My doggy came home happy and when she saw Yulia again she jumped on her, full of happiness.

I currently work part time, so I have plenty of time to take very good care of your pets and I’m excited for them to become part of my weekly routine.
