I've been a proud dog mom for over 4 years to my rescue girl, who came to me with significant separation anxiety. Through patience, consistency, and a lot of love, I trained her to feel safe, confident, and calm — and that experience taught me more about dogs than any textbook ever could. As her primary caregiver, I handle everything myself: regular nail trims, baths, grooming, and monitoring her overall well-being. I've invested deeply in learning about canine and feline health, nutrition, and holistic wellness — while also greatly respecting the value of traditional western veterinary medicine. For example, I use traditional pharmaceutical flea prevention as a reliable foundation, while also incorporating holistic flea and tick repellent sprays to minimize exposure — the best of both worlds for your pet's safety and comfort. I have broad knowledge of dogs and cats in general — from behavioral cues and body language to dietary needs and preventive care. Above all, I love and care for animals as if they were my own children. Your pet will never just be a "client" to me.

My home environment is calm and nurturing, shaped by years of caring for a rescue dog with anxiety — so I understand sensitive or nervous pets deeply. Yui is so amazing! While my dachshunds were puppies, she came a couple of times a week to check in on them. Yui is really great at communicating, caring for your pets, and makes sure to do whatever is best for you and your fur babies!
Yui has taken care of Lynx many times, from short daycare to a 2 week overnight stay. Lynx was happy and healthy the whole time, and Yui was extremely detailed and followed all of the care instructions provided. We received many updates, and Yui genuinely took care of Lynx like her own dog. We would not hesitate to leave Lynx with Yui for any amount of time -- she's our most trusted dog sitter and Lynx is always thrilled to spend time with Yui.
She’s amazing. I needed someone to look after my cat and she did amazing. My cat usually gets along with other animals and she has a small dog who loves cats apparently! And I saw how well they both got along so I was less worried! I had given a list of activities my cat usually does as his routine and I was happy to know that every time Yui completed an activity she would update me. She’s responsible and trustworthy! I know finding someone to look after our pets is difficult but I assure you, Yui is amazing. She is very detailed and if she has questions, she isn’t afraid of asking. Her being a dog owner, I’m sure she, like many of us, understand that there are specific things each of our pets may or may not require. I’m just happy I can depend on her whenever I go on trips :)

Schedule
I work full-time from home as a Business Analyst, which means my schedule is genuinely flexible. I am also open to weekend bookings and will always do my best to work around your needs. When it comes to walks, I believe every dog deserves an outing that fits their personality — not just a quick loop around the block. My own dog loves to sniff and explore, so I always build in plenty of time for that. I also love taking dogs to bigger parks with a long leash for a good run and some fresh air. Whether your pup loves long-distance walks, sniff-focused strolls, occasional sprints, or calm park hangs — just let me know and I'll tailor every outing to what makes your dog happiest. And if your pup tends to eat things off the ground, just share that with me and I'll keep a close eye!
