Cat care routine: • Wear shoe covers and wash/sanitise my hands before and after each visit • Clean litter trays and tidy feeding areas • Prepare fresh food and water following your instructions • Spend quality time playing and providing calm companionship • Observe behaviour and general condition Dog care experience: • Experience caring for friends’ dogs of different sizes and energy levels • Comfortable with feeding routines and fresh water preparation • Happy to take dogs for walks and provide playtime and companionship • Patient, gentle, and attentive to behaviour and comfort level I’m happy to send updates, photos, and videos at your preferred frequency so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is to make sure every visit is safe, calm, and meaningful.

I treat every home and pet with respect and care. When visiting a pet owner’s home, I follow all instructions carefully, keep doors and windows secure, and maintain a clean environment. I practise good hygiene by washing and sanitising my hands and wearing shoe covers when needed. I observe pets closely for any changes in behaviour or appetite and will contact you immediately if I notice anything unusual. My goal is to create a calm, safe, and comfortable experience so both you and your pet can feel at ease.

We feel so lucky to have found Yueyue to look after Bingun! From the moment we met her, we knew he would be in great hands. Yueyue visited Bingun at home while we were away and treated him with so much care and kindness. She kept us updated after every visit with photos and messages, which we always looked forward to and really helped us relax knowing he was happy and well looked after. It was obvious how much Yueyue genuinely cared about Bingun, and that meant a lot to us. When we got home, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly had been given plenty of love and attention.
