Very disappointed with the care my 16-week-old puppy received. After around 9 hours, she came out extremely thirsty, which strongly suggests she wasn’t given adequate access to water on a 30°C day. None of the treats I provided were given, no photos were uploaded to the care card despite this being expected, and the cooling bandana I put on her because of the hot weather was completely dry when I collected her. This level of care is simply unacceptable, especially for such a young puppy. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this sitter.
Thank you Yuanyi for having our cat Coffee. We booked Yuanyi on a very last minute request as we had an emergency and she kindly accepted. Our cat was happy and at peace with her which made us at ease. We appreciate her help.
Highly recommend! My dog stayed with Yuanyi for a week, and she and her partner were very caring and attentive. I received frequent updates about how my dog was doing. Everything went great!
