Yu was amazing. We have a very shy little cat and one brave cat. We were very worried leaving the shy one as she isn’t use to anyone else but us. Yu was very gentle with her and managed to wean her out of her fear. They both seemed happy when we got back. Nothing worse than leaving your furry children with someone they don’t know. I can recommend Yu any day. She also left the house so clean and tidy and it was a real pleasure to come back to that.
Would thoroughly recommend Yu. She was really quick to respond to my request, and has a very calm and friendly approach which immediately puts you at ease. She sent updates throughout the day and my dog Finn was super relaxed and happy after Yu looked after him for the evening.
It was so good to come home to a chilled out and relaxed dog ! Especially as he was stressed out when we left. Yu has worked her magic again. Thank you for looking after our Balloo !

Yu has a lovely calm presence and Flo warmed to her instantly, which meant we could relax and enjoy our night out with no worries. Yu kept me posted with photos and updates through the evening, so I knew Flo was happy and settled. I would definitely recommend Yu and will be calling on her again in future. Thank you, Yu! :)
Yu was fantastic with Benedict and he thoroughly enjoyed his time with her! As he’s a recent rescue he can get a little anxious in new situations but he took to Yu instantly and had no issue with us leaving.
