Howard and Ariel have taken good care of our dogs. They communicated with us on their progress and showed pictures throughout our dogs stay with them. They made our dogs feel very welcomed and comfortable. I’m glad to have found them and I will, without a doubt, choose them again to watch over our fur babies.
I had such a great first experience using Rover with Yu Jie H.! She was incredibly welcoming and made me feel completely at ease leaving my fur baby with her. I really appreciated the constant updates and pictures, which gave me so much reassurance. The best part was seeing how comfortable my fur baby felt, especially since she tends to have anxiety around new people. Yu Jie was so kind, patient, and understanding, you can truly tell she has a genuine love for animals. Overall, it was the best experience ever, and I will definitely be using her services again! 🫶🏻💕
My husband and I adopted a puppy, two weeks later we needed a dog sitter. The dog was 10 weeks when Simona and her husband came to our house and watched her. They followed her daily puppy schedule, that included crate training, potty training, and meal time. Arriving home after was the cherry on top, I could tell they were respectful of our home and followed the schedule very well. I will book again with Simona and I highly recommend you book. her and her husband are both exceptionally kind people.
I am beyond pleased with the way Yu Jie (Ariel) cared for our 3 senior pets during our absence. By the second & third day they were all meeting her at the door and lining up for pets and brushing, even our most shy one. She respected our tiny dog's choice between going for a walk or playing in the back yard -both Her reports and photos were personal, detailed, and brought a smile to my face and heart. We look forward to having her back next time we go out of town and KNOW our fur babies will be delighted to see her again.
She cared for our 3 dogs as if they were her own. Kept us updated during the day and made sure the dogs were happy and cared for the whole day. 10/10 would recommend her.
Yu Jie was wonderful with our dog Mocha while we were away for our family event. Will definitely book her again!

I have rooms with bathrooms ready for them. I can make adjustments for specific needs, and I will ensure to spend time with them, to make them feel comfortable with the house, so they can be familiar and feel safe.
A typical day
I will always check and observe what they would like to do. And I will play ball or their favorite toys with them, chat with them, pet them, accompany them, and observe their preferences.
