Pet-loving med student!
My family is proud to have adopted several dogs from local shelters and make them a part of our family. When our Ziggy (Golden Retriever) passed away in 2017 after 9 years, we picked up Loki (a black lab mix) and he's bringing us joy on a daily basis. Since I moved away to start medical school, I have been looking for ways to connect with animals, and this has included going to visit friends with dogs and cats, and is also the reason I've signed up with Rover! I look forward to meeting your lovely pets, and to working with you!

I am unable to care for pets in my home but I am happy to house-sit. I can ensure that your pet is getting the proper amount of water, food, exercise, rest, and attention for the entire time I am booked.

Yosef was a fantastic catsitter! He stayed at our house for 3 weeks with our 3 cats, sent frequent updates, provided them with a ton of attention and care, watered our plants, brought in our mail, saved a package from some intense rain, and overall took great care of our place.

Yosef was an extremely thoughtful sitter. He learned the needs and habit of three demanding dogs. He worked to meet each of their needs. It was not an easy job caring for the trifecta of chaos but he did it and kept the house in order. Would highly recommend Yosef to anyone needing someone to sit their precious pets.
Yosef took wonderful care of our elderly dog while I was away this month. The dog and I both get anxious when we go and leave him behind, but I left this time with no worries about him. Yosef is very responsible. He was gentle and genuinely warm in interacting with our dog - displaying a patient humor as he accompanied him on his daily quests for cardboard, wood chips, and other delicacies. Yosef was also very responsive when we had to make some adjustments in our schedule. He was very accommodating of our needs. We highly recommend Yosef. I am very grateful to have found him.
A wonderful young man. He took great care of our dogs and home. He was so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend him for house sitting and walking. He took great care of all and took them for a walk in the evening and first thing in the am. He is intelligent and kind and caring. My dogs and I really like him. A gem !!! Thank you rover.

Schedule
The best options for me will be dog-walking or house-sitting considering my school schedule, but mornings/evenings would probably work best for me. However, I don't have a set schedule, so there is possible availability at any time during the day, depending on what mandatory events I need to attend.
