Home all day + lots of walks ❤️
Hi! My husband and I are dog lovers and proud parents of Buddy, our9-year-old Westie. I’m a stay-at-home wife, so dogs are never left alone in our home — they always have company, attention, and care. Because I’m home all day, dogs get plenty of potty breaks and walks. Our routine includes at least three walks a day (morning, afternoon, and evening). Walks range from short 10-minute strolls to longer walks up to an hour. Since Buddy is a senior dog, we usually do shorter walks during the day and a longer evening walk with my husband — and visiting dogs will follow a similar routine based on their needs. If needed, I’m also happy to walk dogs separately to make sure everyone feels comfortable and safe. Our community has a dog park just a 1-minute walk away, along with a well-maintained park full of grass and open space, making it a great environment for dogs to play, explore, and relax. We decided to join Rover simply because we truly love dogs! — and caring for them is something that brings us joy. + As a dog parent myself, I truly understand how hard it can be to leave your dog in someone else’s care. My parents live in Korea, so when I travel to visit them, I sometimes have to leave my dog, Buddy, with a trusted friend or through Rover. Even knowing he’s in good hands, it still takes a lot of thought, trust, and emotional energy. Because of this, I deeply understand the feelings that come with leaving your dog behind — the worry, the guilt, and the hope that they’ll be treated like family. I care for every dog as if they were my own, with patience, attention, and genuine love, always keeping their comfort and emotional well-being in mind.

I have a senior dog who is very shy and introverted, so finding the right caregivers is extremely important to me. Yoona and Minjae were incredibly approachable, caring, and attentive throughout the entire stay. They asked thoughtful questions about my dog's routine, personality, and needs, which immediately gave me confidence that he would be well cared for. I also received regular updates and photos, which helped put my mind at ease. Although my dog was anxious at first, it was clear that he quickly became comfortable with them and had a wonderful time. Their patience and kindness really made a difference. I highly recommend Yoona and Minjae to anyone looking for trustworthy and compassionate pet sitters, and I will definitely be booking with them again in the future.
Yoona and Minjae are amazing with our senior dog Lucky. He gets a ton of stimulation throughout the day, it is a lot of fun for him. He enjoys Buddy as well, they seem like a great pair. We hope to continue booking with them again and again!
Yoona and Minjae took such wonderful care of our Westie, Jasper, for a three day stay… thank you! He had a great time and was very well attended to. The updates provided were very timely, detailed and informative. Excellent communication and followed our guidance in watching Jasper. He is definitely looking forward to another stay soon!
Yoona, Minjae, and Buddy were amazing with our puppy, Teddy. They shared many photos and videos of Teddy during the day. Teddy is very energetic so I am grateful that they could keep up with him. Best of all, Teddy looked very happy while staying with them. I would book with them again in a heartbeat.
Yoona did a great job watching Stella, and she is such a great photographer! I got so many cute pictures of Stella and I know she has a great day. I would be happy for Yoona to watch her again 🐕
Earl had such a wonderful stay with Yoona, Minjae, and Buddy! They provided regular and detailed updates about his day, including photos and videos, which showed the fun adventures he was having. Pickup/dropoff were flexible, and Earl returned home a happy and tired pup. We won't hesitate to book again, thank you!

Schedule
Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine since I’m home full-time. Dogs are never left alone and are part of my day from morning to evening. My routine already includes multiple walks, playtime, feeding, and rest breaks, so caring for another dog easily fits in without any disruption. I’m able to adjust my schedule based on each dog’s needs.

Dogs in my home are treated like family. Because I’m always home, they receive constant supervision, attention, and affection. I provide regular walks, playtime, feeding according to the owner’s instructions, and plenty of rest time. If needed, I can walk dogs separately to ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe. I always prioritize a calm, clean, and loving environment.

A typical day
We love staying active! We have plenty of dog toys at home for indoor play, and there’s a dog park just one minute from our home where dogs can run, play fetch, frisbee, and socialize. Depending on the dog’s age and energy level, we enjoy walks, outdoor play, and interactive playtime at home to keep them happy and engaged.
