Hey, we’re Yolanda & Jayah - your mother & daughter pet care team! We’ve been caring for pets together for nearly a decade. I (Yolanda) have been a full-time house sitter and pet care professional on Rover for 8 years, and my daughter, Jayah, has been my right hand since she was 9. Now that she’s 18, she’s officially part of the team and our clients couldn’t be happier about it. When you book with us, you’re not just getting a sitter - you’re getting two people who genuinely love what we do. I handle communication, updates, and all the details that keep things running smoothly. Jayah brings extra playtime, energy, and laughter to every visit. Together, we make sure your pets feel loved, secure, and right at home. What We Offer: House-Sitting (Overnights): We stay in your home with your pets, keeping their routine consistent and their environment familiar. It’s calm, cozy, and stress-free for them and for you. Drop-In Visits (Includes Walks): From feeding and meds (handled by Yolanda) to walks, potty breaks, and playtime (team effort with plenty of fun from Jayah), we make sure every need is covered with care. Experience With Just About Everything: Dogs: From gentle seniors to high-energy pups all breeds, all sizes. Cats: Whether they’re shy or social, we adjust to their rhythm. Exotics & Small Pets: Birds, reptiles, rabbits, guinea pigs - we’ve cared for them all. Barn Animals: Chickens, roosters, and farm rabbits too. Why Families Keep Rebooking Us: Daily Updates: I keep you in the loop with messages and photos, so you never have to wonder how things are going. Safety, trust & environment
[IMPORTANT] for house-sitting premium service--we practically care for your pets (for the length of your booking stay) in your home just as you would. We stay overnight with your pet(s) in your home. We will feed, walk your pet(s) as needed, administer medication if needed, and provide love and care. During day time hours, we will leave the home in the am hours for other appointments, run errands, school etc. and can be gone from the home for up to 4-6 hours at any given time. In addition --upon request, we are able to check mail, place delivered packages inside, place trash bins out on trash day, water plants, etc.

Yolanda and Jayah house sat and watched my 2 dogs and 2 cats for 4 nights while my husband and I went on our babymoon. My pets are a little high maintenance (dogs are rambunctious and cats need meds) so it can be hard to find reliable care for that amount of time. Yolanda was a thorough communicator throughout our trip, and eliminated any anxiety I may have had about leaving my fur babies behind. Jayah clearly has a special gift with animals, and made fast friends with all of them. The house looked just as I left it, and all instructions were followed. I hope to hire this dynamic duo again the next time we are out of town, and highly recommend them to anyone else needing overnight care.
We are going to miss having Yolanda visit our pets when we move! She is the best with them and they will definitely miss her too.
Yolanda and Jayah took great care of our 3 cats for the week. One of our cats requires insulin injections twice a day to manage her diabetes and they were wonderful in making sure it was administered and that she stayed happy and healthy while we were gone. I would definitely book with them again.
Yolanda and Jayah are always communicative and I know they take the time to greet my cat and send photos. I’m so grateful for them!
We had another successful housesitting stay with Yolanda, who continues to be the picture of professionalism, reliability, and attentiveness. My pups love her and Jayah, and I deeply appreciate the peace of mind I’m afforded whenever I leave my pups in Yolanda’s care.
The drop-in visit was a great experience with Yolanda. She is very professional and understanding of us pet Moms. :-) We look forward to the Mom/daughter team she being our regular resource to watch Sergio. Such a relief to know I have someone that will care properly for my dog and I trust being in our home when we are not here!

Schedule
I’m a full-time entrepreneur, so my schedule is very flexible. Pet care easily fits into my daily routine, whether that’s early mornings, midday visits, or overnights. My daughter, Jayah, is a senior in high school and a dedicated track athlete. We plan our bookings around her school and training schedule, making sure every client gets consistent, reliable care from us both.
