I’ve been caring for my two cats for the past 10 years and also have previous experience raising a small dog. I’m especially comfortable caring for cats, small and medium-sized dogs, and senior dogs. I understand how important it is to have peace of mind when someone else is caring for your pet. That’s why I’m happy to share video updates during both dog walks and cat visits, along with photos and a personal update, at no additional charge. My hope is that you can feel connected to your pet and have the reassurance of seeing how they’re doing while you’re away. Living with pets for so many years has taught me that every animal has their own personality, routine, and way of communicating. I’m patient and attentive, and I take the time to understand your pet’s normal routine, preferences, and your care instructions. I’m available seven days a week in Willow Glen and nearby areas, and I speak both English and Mandarin. My goal is simple: provide reliable, loving care while helping you feel comfortable and connected to your pet.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my priority. I’ll carefully follow your instructions and keep your pet’s normal routine as consistent as possible. During dog walks, I pay close attention to the dog and our surroundings, including any instructions about other dogs, routes, or situations to avoid. For cats, I respect their space and let them interact at their own pace while making sure all their daily needs are taken care of. Before caring for a new pet, I’m happy to meet with you to learn about their routine, personality, and any special needs or safety concerns.

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I have a flexible schedule that allows me to be available seven days a week. I’m generally available from morning through early evening. Since I’m local to Willow Glen and have my own transportation, I can also serve nearby areas such as Campbell and surrounding San Jose neighborhoods.
