When caring for pets in a pet owner’s home, I always prioritise safety, routine, and respect for the space. I carefully follow all instructions provided, including feeding schedules, walking routines, and any specific preferences or restrictions. I make sure doors, windows, and gates are securely closed at all times, and I never leave pets unattended during walks or feeding. I keep the environment calm and familiar so pets feel relaxed and safe in their own home. I also treat the owner’s home with care and respect. I keep things tidy, clean up after each visit, and handle keys and access information responsibly. I’m happy to provide regular photo and text updates so owners can feel reassured while they’re away.

Yixian once helped me take care of the cat. During that time, she demonstrated an extremely strong sense of responsibility and genuine love. She was very meticulous and could carefully manage the cat's daily diet, cleaning, rest schedule and emotional changes, and patiently accompanied it, keeping the cat always relaxed and at ease. During the care process, Yixian would actively pay attention to the cat's behavior and health condition, and promptly communicate and report back to me. This made me feel very at ease even when I was not at home.

Pet care fits into my routine through pre-planned time blocks. I’m usually available for morning and evening visits on weekdays, and I have more flexibility during weekends. I always confirm time in advance to ensure consistency for each pet.

It’s helpful to be informed about any health considerations, allergies, or mobility issues. For dogs, I also ask about leash behaviour and how they interact with other dogs. Knowing these details in advance helps me provide safe, calm, and personalised care.
