Since I work from home, I’m with my dog every day, which makes pick-up and drop-off times very flexible (though I always appreciate early notice!). I usually walk my dog for about 30 minutes twice a day, but I can adjust based on the weather, my work schedule, and of course, your pup’s needs.

I provide a safe and loving environment where dogs can feel right at home. My fenced yard gives plenty of space for play, and my own friendly pup is always ready to be a playmate. Inside, your dog will be surrounded by wagging tails, wet noses, and lots of cuddles. Safety is my top priority. I only host dogs who are up to date on vaccinations and who have no history of aggressive behavior toward others. This helps ensure a happy, healthy, and stress-free environment for every furry guest.

For boarding that’s longer than one night, I highly recommend scheduling at least one daycare visit first. This gives me the chance to get to know your dog’s personality, habits, and comfort level in my home. It also helps your pup feel more familiar and relaxed before staying overnight. The goal is to make sure we’re the right fit for each other and that your dog feels safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away.
A typical day
A typical day starts with a morning walk to get tails wagging and energy out. Aspen, my dog, loves nature, so on weekends I often take him (and any visiting pups!) for a longer adventure—like a walk by the lake or a hike on nearby trails. During the week, we enjoy playtime in the fenced yard, plenty of cuddle breaks, and two daily walks.

I’m a dedicated dog mom who works from home, so your pup will never be left alone for long. I live in a house with a fenced yard where dogs can safely play, explore, and relax. Whether it’s helping a playful puppy burn off energy, offering patience and gentleness to a shy rescue, or giving extra comfort to a senior dog, I adapt to each pup’s needs. My own dog is very friendly and always excited to make new friends, so your pup will have a built-in playmate and cuddle buddy!

I had my dogs with Yiwen for 5 days during my spring break. Yiwen updated me on how the dogs were doing and sent photos of them in the yard. I would definitely used Yiwen again for my dog boarding if I needed it. I enjoyed my vacation because I didn’t have to worry about my dogs.
Yiwen was awesome! She got a lot of energy out of our dog and sent a couple photos from the day.
