💛I’ve cared for my own cat, Xiuxiu, for over five years and have welcomed many guest cats into my home during that time. I’m comfortable with shy, confident, senior, and first‑time‑away cats, and I pay close attention to their routines and comfort. I’ve also supported friends with multi‑cat households, helping with feeding, litter care, behavior checks, and playtime. My style is calm, patient, and detail‑oriented so every cat can settle in naturally. 🏡Boarding From now on, I provide one‑on‑one boarding only. I’ve noticed that many cats can feel stressed when they’re faced with new environments or unfamiliar cats, and I always prioritize their physical and emotional well‑being. I hope that when your cats feel safe and relaxed here, you can also travel with a little more peace of mind. One‑on‑one care helps minimize their exposure to stress and allows them to settle in more comfortably. After each boarding session, I use cat‑safe HOCl to sanitize the whole home, including the cat tree, toys, litter box and other shared areas, to keep the space fresh and safe for the next guest. I offer a quiet, clean, cat‑only home where your cat can relax at their own pace. On the first day, I send closer updates so you can see how your cat is adjusting. From the second day on, I follow a consistent 9 AM to 6 PM update schedule with clear photos. Each morning, you’ll also receive a daily summary that includes eating and drinking notes, litter box details, behavior observations, plus any extra photos I take outside the update window. I won’t initiate messages outside that timeframe unless there’s an emergency. I keep the environment low‑stress and make sure every cat feels safe and understood throughout their stay. 🌟I provide one‑on‑one stays for families with up to 3 cats. Your cats will be the only guests here, enjoying a calm, private environment and individualized attention throughout their stay. 🚙Drop‑In Visits For drop‑in visits, I provide reliable and attentive care in your home. I sanitize my hands upon arrival, then check food and water, clean the litter box, and observe your cat’s mood and routine. I offer gentle playtime or quiet company depending on what your cat prefers. After each visit, you’ll receive clear photos and a written update with notes on eating, drinking, litter habits, and anything I notice about their comfort level. For full transparency, I’m perfectly okay with any home cameras being on while I’m caring for your cat. My goal is to make every visit calm, predictable, and reassuring. 🌟For all drop‑in bookings, I offer a free pre‑visit to your home. It helps me understand your cat’s routine, your home setup, and ensures everything is perfectly aligned before the first visit.

I’m a cat‑focused sitter, and my main work is caring for cats — but if your home also has a gentle dog or small pet, I’m glad to look after them during the same visit. Each visit includes fresh food and water, a clean litter or potty area, any medications your pet already takes, and a warm, clear update about how everyone is doing. I sanitize my hands before entering your home, I’m comfortable with home cameras, and I offer a complimentary pre‑visit to learn your routine and help your pets feel relaxed and well cared for. 🏡🐱Boarding I live in a clean, quiet, three‑story townhome with plenty of space for cats to explore. I only host one family at a time because I know my own cat’s personality and how he interacts with visiting cats, and I don’t want your cat to be exposed to the stress or risks of meeting other guest cats. The home is fully cat‑only and dog‑free, and visiting cats are welcome in every room. I never open windows, and the space is supported by two 24‑hour air filters and a whole‑home ventilation system to keep the air fresh while keeping indoor cats completely safe from escape risks. I monitor eating, drinking, and litter habits closely. The feeding area is covered by a camera so I can keep an eye on appetite and hydration throughout the day. I maintain two extra‑large litter boxes filled with high‑quality Arm & Hammer clay litter, which helps me track each cat’s health and comfort. After each boarding stay, I perform a full hypochlorous acid (HOCI)* deep clean to reset the entire space. This keeps the environment fresh, sanitary, and safe for the next guest. *Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) is a cat‑safe, non‑toxic, vet‑approved disinfectant commonly used in animal hospitals and kitten rescues. It’s gentle enough to be safe if licked, yet effective enough to sanitize surfaces without harsh chemicals or fumes.

Yiwen was amazing! Perfect communication, thorough notes were taken during our meet-and-greet before our trip, our boys were happy, safe, and healthy when we returned! She was very willing to add on taking care of our dog as well as our cat. Both required medications and she nailed it all.

Yiwen is hands down the BEST cat sitter. I genuinely don’t think my cat wanted me to come home after spending time with her 😂. From the second my boys “Man and Baby Boy” arrived, she was warm, attentive, and somehow immediately understood my cat’s personality like they’d known each other forever. She went above and beyond in every possible was sending updates, making sure everything was perfect, and giving my cat so much love and attention. My cat was happy, relaxed, spoiled, and honestly living their absolute best life. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, thoughtful, and unbelievably amazing with cats…. Yiwen is THE person. 15/10, a million stars, would book again without a second thought. My cat has officially found their favorite human (and I may be a close second now)! 🐾
Yiwen is great and very kind!! Her home is catified well on account of her boys, my baby seemed comfortable and relaxed. She gave updated multiple times through the day with morning reports and tons of photos which I loved lol. I really appreciate her accommodating my late flight to pick my girl up as soon as possible, book if you can!

I’ve raised my cat Xiuxiu since he was a tiny kitten. He’s almost six now. Because I spent those early years in school and later worked from home, I've been with him nearly every day of his life. I handle everything for him: meals, litter, routines, moods… all the little things that make a cat feel safe and understood. Living so closely with one gentle cat for so many years has taught me a lot about feline comfort and communication. As a cat parent myself, I always imagine what kind of care I want my own cat to receive, and then I provide that same level of attention, gentleness, and respect to every cat I look after. I’m flexible with timing and can drop in multiple times a day — morning routines, evening routines, or whatever your baby needs.
