I’ve raised my cat Xiuxiu since he was a tiny kitten. He’s almost six now. Because I spent those early years in school and later worked from home, I've been with him nearly every day of his life. I handle everything for him: meals, litter, routines, moods… all the little things that make a cat feel safe and understood. Living so closely with one gentle cat for so many years has taught me a lot about feline comfort and communication. I only host one family at a time because I know my own cat’s personality and how he interacts with visiting cats, and I don’t want your cat to be exposed to the stress or risks of meeting other guest cats. The home is fully cat‑only and dog‑free, and visiting cats are welcome in every room. I never open windows, and the space is supported by two 24‑hour air filters and a whole‑home ventilation system to keep the air fresh while keeping indoor cats completely safe from escape risks. I monitor eating, drinking, and litter habits closely. The feeding area is covered by a camera so I can keep an eye on appetite and hydration throughout the day. I maintain two extra‑large litter boxes filled with high‑quality Arm & Hammer clay litter, which helps me track each cat’s health and comfort. After each boarding stay, I perform a full hypochlorous acid (HOCI)* deep clean to reset the entire space. This keeps the environment fresh, sanitary, and safe for the next guest. *Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) is a cat‑safe, non‑toxic, vet‑approved disinfectant commonly used in animal hospitals and kitten rescues. It’s gentle enough to be safe if licked, yet effective enough to sanitize surfaces without harsh chemicals or fumes.

A typical day
I follow whatever your cat enjoys. My own cat loves chasing little springs and bringing them back for another throw, and he’s also a big fan of wand toys and Cat Dancer toys. I have plenty of toys at home, and I keep play sessions gentle and engaging. He also enjoys relaxing stroller walks, and I’m comfortable supporting similar enrichment for cats who are used to it.

From the second day on, I follow a consistent 9 AM to 6 PM update schedule with clear photos. Each morning, you’ll also receive a daily summary that includes eating and drinking notes, litter box details, behavior observations, plus any extra photos I take outside the update window. I won’t initiate messages outside that timeframe unless there’s an emergency.
