Cat-Only Boarding: A Peaceful Suite
I offer a dedicated boarding space for cats in my quiet, dog-free, and kid-free home. With over 15 years of experience, I specialize in caring for senior cats and those with specific health needs, such as arthritis and digestive sensitivities. For cats with sensitive stomachs, I am very disciplined with feeding schedules and can strictly follow any specialized diet or supplement routine to prevent GI upset. I know how to spot subtle signs of discomfort and will ensure your cat remains stable and stress-free while staying with me.

Yiping was absolutely wonderful with our kitties. She took very good care of them and didn’t mind their somewhat quirky traits. She sent photos, videos, and messaged updates twice a day daily during our trip. She allowed our kitties to venture out of the cat guest room to explore and socialize with her very sweet and mellow kitties. Our kitties clearly had made themselves right at home within a couple of days. We are planning an extended international trip soon. I know that our kitties will be in great hands with Yiping. They will no doubt be very happy to stay with Yiping and her family again!

Yiping was a lifesaver during a very difficult time when I was out of the country for six weeks and our original petsitter backed out. She responded instantly to my inquiry and patiently listened to our situation without judgment and addressed all our concerns. She came to pick up our traumatized kitty and boarded him at her home. Clover was so scared at first but Yiping slowly mended his heart by taking such good care of him. She had a spacious area for Clover to stay in. He also enjoyed socializing with her two cats. I got several updates from her every day. At first it was about whether he was eating and using the litter properly. After about a week it was mostly about how he was enjoying his time with her cats or what silly antics he was up to that day. She clearly really cared about my cat and gave me just the right amount of info I needed. She was very observant about not only what the cat needed but what the pet parent needed as well. I am so grateful I found Yiping to look after my precious baby. I trust her and definitely recommend her to everyone.
Yiping is very caring, I could tell Emma had a wonderful time. It’s very rare Emma doesn’t want to come home when I go pick her up. She has a very spacious isolated space for my cat. This is a very lovely home, def recommend!
Yiping was an excellent caretaker. She made Charlie feel right at home. She was attentive to his needs and gave multiple updates throughout the day. I would definitely recommend her for care of your furry friend.

Schedule
I work a full-time professional job (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), so your cat should be comfortable being alone during the day. I have an automatic feeder available if they require small, frequent meals. When I am home, they get my full attention. I provide daily photo updates and reports so you can have peace of mind knowing they are safe and happy.

Safety, trust & environment
Your cat will stay in a private, dedicated room inside my home. The room features two large windows for sunbathing and watching the local "wildlife"—we often have squirrels, birds, neighborhood cats, and butterflies visiting our yard. • For Seniors: I provide pet stairs and low furniture so they can enjoy the window views without needing to jump. • For Long-haired Cats: I offer daily brushing and cleaning (eyes, ears, and sanitary trims if needed). • Health & Hygiene: I provide RO filtered water and maintain a very clean environment. • Social: My own cat will never interact with yours unless you specifically request it. Your cat’s safety and privacy are my priority.
