This was the first time our dog was in a non-facility boarding stay for more than 1 day, and we are incredibly happy with how things went. Angela was amazing, communicative, and we were able to tell our dog was very comfortable and happy for our 8 day vacation based the updates she frequently shared with us. Very happy we found Angela!!

This was the first time I ever needed to find someone to take care of my 6 year old boxer due to a family vacation that I couldn’t bring him on. Now I have someone I trust and would feel 100% comfortable leaving Blue with in the future. Yinuo gave plenty of updates and photos throughout the day and I could tell from that alone that she was taking care of Blue as if he was her own and he was very loved and well cared for. I was able to enjoy my trip without any worries and I am forever grateful🙏🏽😊

We left our dog with Yinuo recently as a test run before a longer upcoming boarding stay with her. She was great, communicative, pleasant, and was very attentive.

Yinuo was great, very communicative, sent lots of photos. My dog Daisy had the best time, will definitely be rebooking in the future :)

I had to cancel this 10 day stay boarding while in the airport for my trip early and pull my dog out of this stay due to extreme unprofessionalism and a total lack of care. Aron is a 2-year-old, fully neutered, and house-trained adult dog. During our meet-and-greet 2 weeks before his stay, she verbally refused to accept his crate, despite me explaining that he is strictly crate-trained and relies on it for his safety routine, she stated it would be animal cruelty to leave him in even if it would be for a few hours. To accommodate her and protect her home, I generously bought bedding sheets for his bed, wipes, and 25 XL wee-wee pads for night time emergencies so she would have every cleanup supply needed to succeed. I wrote a manual guide about his behavior, food schedules, and medical records. Less than 12 hours into the stay, she panicked because she could not handle an anxious dog away from home without a crate, completely ignored him with his routine, and demanded that I purchase and rush-ship a brand-new crate to her house at my own expense which would be $300. Instead of doing the job she was paid for and has done for the past 15 years, she continuously messaged me about every single accident when I was inside an airplane, burning through 7 XL pads in a day and a half because she did not walk with him outside once since I dropped him off 36 hours ago, when on her profile it states that she goes for outside walks every 2-4 hours. Her communication was stressful and highly inappropriate; she bombarded me while I was literally clearing airport customs by sending graphic photos of his poop and texting me how many times he pooped that day. Despite claiming he was going to the bathroom constantly indoors, she never once sent a photo of her actually taking him on an outdoor walk as agreed. I reported her to Rover and only then she sent me pictures of him, and stopped mentioning the accidents completely to me. I eventually had to explicitly ask her to take a picture of him on a walk just 2 hours before his early pickup to see if she would actually take him out. Because of her complete lack of patience and unreliability, I was forced into a stressful crisis where I had to figure out alternative accommodations for his care in less than 24 hours of his stay, and away from the country. I ultimately had him picked up the next morning immediately. She showed zero patience, poor communication, and zero basic care skill. Despite her extreme incompetence, unreliability, and failure to follow basic care guidelines, she never apologized once for the massive distress she caused me financially and mentally. Unacceptable behavior. I used Rover one time last year and was booked for 1 month and never had a sitter sent me pictures of his poop or any complaints about the floor. And I did the same exact thing for the other sitter as well.
