We highly recommend Ying as a responsible and loving pet caregiver. She looked after our cat, Sugar, for nearly 20 days while we were traveling in Europe, and we couldn't have asked for better peace of mind. While we’re away, Ying regularly sends us photos and updates, which gives us so much peace of mind. It’s clear that our cat feels relaxed, happy, safe, and well-loved in her care.
