Mimi and Phillip did a great job caring for Abby. They walked her very often and sent lots of updates. They were also very understanding when I had to pick-up my cat right after drop off when we learned of her dislike of male cats. I had hoped she’d have made friends.

Mimi was very good at sending photos of our dog Bella while we were away. She also used the bubbles that we told her Bella loves to catch.
Mimi and her husband take good care of our dog! They keep updating us and sending photo throughout the stay. My dog has no separation anxiety at all while staying at their house, she has a great vacation as well. Thank you for all the help!
Like last time, we had excellent experience with Mimi & Phillip! They were reliable, caring, and clearly love animals. Nugget was happy, well cared for, and comfortable the entire time we were away. We really appreciated the regular updates, photos, and attention to detail with feeding, walks, and playtime. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Nugget was in such good hands. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter! And we definitely will book them again in the future.

Mimi & Philip have WFH (Work From Home) arrangements on most days and they’re very flexible with works outside and often they will bring their dogs along if dogs are allowed at their work zones

At home, we enjoyed playing enrichment games with our animals such as hide and seek with our cats, balls fetching with our dogs, toys and other stimulating activities with our animals, we also bring our dogs to off leash parks so they can socialise with other dogs
