Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, my priority is making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I take the time to learn about each pet’s routines — from feeding schedules to favorite toys — so I can keep things consistent and stress-free for them. For dogs, that often means daily walks, playtime, and plenty of snuggles. For cats, I make sure they get a balance of play, attention, and quiet time, depending on their personalities. I’m also very experienced with pets who need special care, such as administering medications or following health-related routines. In a client’s home, I respect the space and care for it as if it were my own, always leaving things tidy and making sure pets are happy and relaxed when their family returns.

Pet care experience
I grew up in a multi-pet household that included 23 cats, 7 dogs, mini horses, and more. So I’m very comfortable managing the needs of multiple pets at once. I also worked at a Humane Society, where I gained hands-on experience with animals of all temperaments, from the shy and sensitive to the energetic and outgoing. On a personal level, I’ve cared for pets with special medical needs . My miniature schnauzer was born with a heart condition, and my cat now has allergy issues. Because of this, I’m experienced in administering medications and providing the extra patience and attention pets with health concerns deserve. I've also had experience fostering kittens and senior cats. Above all, I treat every pet as if they were my own, giving them love, comfort, and care tailored to their unique personalities and needs.

Yihua was a fantastic sitter to look after my cat while I'm away. They allowed me to book last minute, followed instructions, and communicated clearly. They clearly have a love for animals, and I'm so glad my Miss Bear was looked after so well while I was away.
Yihua was amazing with my dog Teddy. She was flexible to do a meet and greet and was understanding when I had to rebook. I also really appreciated her complete reporting of Teddy’s walk. Will definitely recommend to anyone wanting a reliable and friendly walker.
It is so hard to spend time away from your cat when you are on vacation, but Yee did everything possible and beyond to make sure I knew my fur baby was in good hands. She brought treats, she spent plenty of time playing with Minnie, and she made sure she was always fed and well taken care of. Yee is truly an all-star. You can tell she loves cats, and I am so thankful to have been lucky enough to hire her as my pet sitter over the holidays.
Great service and communication! My dog was always happy to see her.
