Yidan was great! She is easy to communicate with, replies are fast, she sends regular updates on how my cats were doing, and they seemed to have enjoyed their stay with her. There were a few particular things about my cats that she needed to be aware of - she took into account all my concerns and preferences, and made me feel at ease. Thank you, Yidan!

I found Yidan through the help of the Rover safety support team after my cat was unexpectedly cancelled by the previous sitter. Yidan was very kind, calm, and reassuring in her communication, which immediately helped reduce the stress of the situation. From our initial exchanges, she also seemed knowledgeable and experienced, and she was consistently responsive throughout the entire period, which further reassured me. She kindly arranged to pick up my cat from a temporary placement and brought her to her home. Even though I did not have a chance to properly assess the inside environment due to the urgent nature of the situation, the images and videos shared gave me reassurance that my cat was in a safe and comfortable setting. She explained that my cat’s vocal behavior during the adjustment period was normal and reassured me that she is generally an easy cat to care for. Throughout the stay, she shared regular images and videos, which gave me confidence that my cat was settling well and in good hands.
