Yidan was great! She is easy to communicate with, replies are fast, she sends regular updates on how my cats were doing, and they seemed to have enjoyed their stay with her. There were a few particular things about my cats that she needed to be aware of - she took into account all my concerns and preferences, and made me feel at ease. Thank you, Yidan!

Yidan was great! My cat, Lulu isn’t the quickest to warm up to people, but Yidan was very sweet and gentle trying to give her attention and socialization. She sent me status updates and photos/videos every day and was very patient. She also clearly has a lot of experience and knows how to handle all kinds of cats. This was my first time leaving Lulu with someone other than family, and although I was nervous, Yidan made it very easy and I felt more comfortable because of it. Would definitely book with her again!

I found Yidan through the help of the Rover safety support team after my cat was unexpectedly cancelled by the previous sitter. Yidan was very kind, calm, and reassuring in her communication, which immediately helped reduce the stress of the situation. From our initial exchanges, she also seemed knowledgeable and experienced, and she was consistently responsive throughout the entire period, which further reassured me. She kindly arranged to pick up my cat from a temporary placement and brought her to her home. Even though I did not have a chance to properly assess the inside environment due to the urgent nature of the situation, the images and videos shared gave me reassurance that my cat was in a safe and comfortable setting. She explained that my cat’s vocal behavior during the adjustment period was normal and reassured me that she is generally an easy cat to care for. Throughout the stay, she shared regular images and videos, which gave me confidence that my cat was settling well and in good hands. I would like to sincerely thank Yidan for her patience, care, and attentiveness throughout this period.

Great cat-sitter. My cat (Meme) was with her for several days of boarding. Sitter kept me updated everyday and was always engaged with Meme. Sitter was also very flexible on the timing with drop-off and pickup.

Recently we’ve taken a 3 days trip and cannot bring our super attached and anxious cat Gi, we sought out Yidan and she was super amazing with our little kitty. Kept us updated about his daily activities and messaged us often. We also ended up coming back super late at night and even went over half an hr from the pick up time, she was super understanding and had our cat all packed and ready when we came. Such a great first experience boarding our cat. Would recommend her to anyone and would definitely be a returning customer with our little kitty!
