Experienced dog sitter with patience and love.
My family has had dogs since I was a child. I currently have a Bichon Frise at my home in China and a Maltese puppy at my home in London. I have also looked after my friend's dogs and rabbits many times.

We're so glad we found Yicen! We were quite nervous about how Matti would get on with another dog, but it seems he's found himself a little friend. Yicen was brilliant — always reachable and kept us updated with plenty of photos throughout the day, which really put our minds at ease. It's so reassuring to know your dog is in safe and caring hands. We'd absolutely book again!
Yicen was a fantastic sitter to our dog Ginkgo! Not only was she very kind and accommodating to our last-minute holiday request, she was super attentive and sent us updates throughout Ginkgo's stay. Ginkgo, who is shy in new environments, was relaxed under Yicen's care and made friends with her dog! Highly recommend!

Yicen is an exceptionally caring and responsible dog sitter with a genuine love for animals. She has raised puppies in both China and London and currently cares for a Maltese. She once walked a golden retriever for me and was incredibly responsible, giving constant feedback and updates. Any pet owner can fully trust her care and dedication.
Yicen has previously taken care of my Japanese Spitz while I was away, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with how great a job she did. She took the effort to ensure he’s well fed with the nutrients he needs and played with him while I’m away. My dog was in a wonderful condition upon my return, and they’ve built a bond in just less than a week. Yicen’s affection towards pets is admirable, and there’s no one else I would trust to leave my dog with more than her.
Yicen has helped me take care of my French Bulldog several times, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. She’s incredibly patient and attentive — she knows exactly how to handle a stubborn little Frenchie! She made sure he got his daily walks, fed him on schedule, and even wiped his paws and cleaned his wrinkles after each walk. She also sent me updates and photos every day, so I always knew my dog was happy and well cared for. Yicen genuinely loves animals, and my dog absolutely adores her. She’s the kind of person you can completely trust with your pet — responsible, loving, and reliable in every way.

Schedule
I currently work 2 days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday, 9am-5.30pm), so I have plenty of free time to look after and play with dogs and puppies. I love spending time outdoors, and pet care easily fits into my weekly routine.

Safety, trust & environment
There's a park just a two-minute walk from my home where many people walk their dogs. I also have a friendly Maltese puppy at home who can keep your pet company. I can easily crate small dogs and puppies when needed, and I've successfully potty trained four dogs. I always make sure the environment is safe, clear, and stress-free for every pet I look after.
Pets
A typical day
I love to keep dogs active and mentally engaged. We'll start the day with a morning walk, and play ball (or other outdoor toys that dogs like) in the park. I enjoy letting dogs explore new smells and socialise with other friendly pets. In the afternoon, we'll relax together at home, have cuddle time, and enjoy another walk before/after dinner.
