We have some great experiences with our friends’ dog, and then we slowly started Rover. It’s been almost two years. We love meeting a dog! Once she/he is comfortable with us, we would love to pat them. They are so sweet!

Yi Shin and her husband were so nice and took well care of my Nelly. They sent me daily updates and photos while I was out of town which I loved. They were also very understanding when Nelly had an accident on the first day. Would love to have them look after Nelly again in the future!

Yi Shin was fantastic and I felt very comfortable with my girl Sunny staying with them. They were able to accommodate a last minute request over a busy holiday and made us feel secure with all the consistent communication and pictures. They even took our dog on a hike! We look forward to using them in the future!
