I always build trust with the fur babies first before starting the care. I make sure I dont startle any pet when I drop in, introduce myself to them with scent, and gradually get them comfortable around me before I start feeding, playing, walking, etc.

Our initial meeting felt a bit rushed to me, but Yi was nice, and we had things in common (including having 3 cats). My cats seemed well fed, and I got a few photo updates throughout the almost 2-week stay, which I appreciated. However, the house was messy when I returned - the litter box area, the stovetop, the bathroom sink, the bed. There were also 3 hairballs in plain sight in the living room that were dried and caked on to the floor and rug, suggesting they’d been there for awhile. I stayed up late the night before my trip to make sure the house was clean and tidy for Yi’s stay, so it would’ve been nice to return to a clean home. Instead, I had to clean when I came in at 2 AM from a 2-week work trip.
Yi was very good with patch took her on multiple walks did everything I asked I would recommend her
