In a pet owner's home, I’m respectful of the space and follow all instructions closely—whether that’s feeding, medication, walk routines, or specific behavioural cues. I maintain a clean, hazard-free environment and keep pets mentally and physically engaged while also ensuring they get time to rest and feel at ease. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands.

A typical day with me is all about keeping your pet happy, stimulated, and relaxed. I tailor activities to each pet’s energy level, age, and personality—whether that’s a fun walk around the neighbourhood, a game of fetch in the garden, or puzzle toys and enrichment games to keep their mind active. I love incorporating positive reinforcement and gentle training moments throughout the day to keep things fun and rewarding. For more relaxed pets, I’m just as happy to provide calm companionship, belly rubs, or a quiet spot to nap while I work nearby (especially since I’m currently on rotation working from home). I make sure each pet feels safe, seen, and loved—every single day.

Yi was absolutely amazing. She sent us pictures throughout the day and gave us regular updates, and big bonus, she gave us some great advice regarding our pup’s allergies. She truly looked after Boris, we’re grateful we found her on Rover. We hope to see her again as we will definitely reach out next time we need someone to look after our pup
Yi Kwan took care of Mumin today and she was great, as always 😊 She always follow up with photos and what they are up to during the day, which is reassuring and she is a really kind and caring person and Mumin is always very excited to see her ❤️
