As a Fear Free Certified veterinary professional, I’m trained to recognise signs of stress and respond in a calm, reassuring way that helps pets feel secure. I take time to build trust through gentle handling, positive reinforcement, and sticking to familiar routines. In a pet owner's home, I’m respectful of the space and follow all instructions closely—whether that’s feeding, medication, walk routines, or specific behavioural cues. I maintain a clean, hazard-free environment and keep pets mentally and physically engaged while also ensuring they get time to rest and feel at ease. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands.

Yi was absolutely amazing. She sent us pictures throughout the day and gave us regular updates, and big bonus, she gave us some great advice regarding our pup’s allergies. She truly looked after Boris, we’re grateful we found her on Rover. We hope to see her again as we will definitely reach out next time we need someone to look after our pup
Yi Kwan took care of Mumin today and she was great, as always 😊 She always follow up with photos and what they are up to during the day, which is reassuring and she is a really kind and caring person and Mumin is always very excited to see her ❤️

Yi Kwan was great, as always 😊 Mumin had started showing some unwanted attention-seeking behaviour, like barking at people, after a friend took care of him the Friday before. Thankfully, Yi Kwan came so soon after that experience, and he immediately settled back to his normal, happy self with her. She’s calm, kind, and clearly knows how to handle dogs in a gentle but confident way. I’m really grateful for her help — Mumin absolutely adores her!

Pet care fits seamlessly into my weekly routine. I’m currently working from home, which gives me the flexibility to provide attentive, consistent care throughout the day. As a Fear Free Certified veterinary professional, I’m used to structuring my time around animal wellbeing and always make sure each pet gets the time, engagement, and comfort they need. I’m happy to adapt to your pet’s usual routine to keep things calm and familiar for them.
