I’ve dog sat for many clients from the clinic, so I’m already familiar with their pets’ personalities, medical needs, and routines. That makes both the pets and owners feel more comfortable because they know their dog is with someone they already trust. Clients like me because I’m reliable, attentive, and experienced. I’m used to handling all kinds of situations, whether it’s giving medications, caring for senior dogs, or keeping up with energetic puppies. I pay close attention to details and always follow the pet’s routine to keep them as stress-free as possible. On top of that, I communicate well with owners and keep them updated, so they always feel reassured while they’re away. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine because I already work in a veterinary setting and am used to caring for animals throughout the day. I plan my schedule around the pets I’m watching, making sure they get consistent walks, feeding times, playtime, and any needed care. I’m very organized and reliable, so I make time in the mornings, evenings, and throughout the day for check-ins or longer stays depending on what each pet needs. Since I’m used to managing multiple animals at once, it feels like a natural part of my routine, not something extra.

I care for pets by sticking closely to their normal routine so they feel comfortable and stress-free. In a client’s home, I make sure to follow their feeding schedule, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions they leave. I also keep the environment calm and familiar, since that helps pets feel safe while their owner is away. Because of my veterinary experience, I’m comfortable giving medications, monitoring behavior, and noticing if anything seems off. I pay close attention to each pet’s needs, whether that’s extra exercise for energetic dogs or gentle care for senior pets. If I’m caring for pets in my home, I provide a clean, safe, and quiet space where they can relax. I make sure they get plenty of attention, supervision, and care just like they would at home. No matter the setting, I treat every pet like my own and keep owners updated so they always know how their pet is doing.
