Hi everyone! My name is Yesenia, and I am a former Veterinary Technician with experience caring for dogs, cats, reptiles, small mammals, and farm animals. I provide attentive, knowledgeable care and am comfortable administering medications to all species, including pets with special medical needs. Please note that if medications are required, additional fees may apply depending on the level of care needed. My main goal is to help pet owners feel comfortable and at ease, knowing their pets are in capable and compassionate hands. I currently offer dog walks and drop-in visits, and these services are available both on and outside of Rover. Pet care is my full-time profession, which allows me to be very flexible and understanding. I’m happy to accommodate both weekly and daily routines. For clients on a weekly schedule, I like to check in every Sunday to see if any adjustments are needed for the upcoming week. I kindly ask clients to be mindful of last-minute cancellations, as fees may apply depending on notice given. One of my greatest strengths in veterinary technician school was animal care. I truly love caring for all living creatures and believe animals are one of the greatest gifts we have as humans. Thank you for your time !

I believe in keeping pet owners informed and at ease. I provide regular updates, including photos and notes on your pet’s behavior, meals, and any special needs. I always ask about your pet’s diet, past medical history, and any special instructions, so I can provide the best care possible and be prepared in case of an emergency. For clients on a weekly schedule, I check in every Sunday to review the upcoming week and make any necessary adjustments. Open communication ensures that both you and your pet feel confident and comfortable with the care provided.

So thankful we found Yesenia to care for our cat who has a chronic infection requiring oral meds twice a day. She's not the most compliant cat, but Yesenia was patient and managed to get 4 pills and a liquid med down each day! Because of her, we didn't have to board our cat and cause more distress for her, and she was able to stay in her home environment ❤️ We were also able to enjoy our travel and not worry about her. Our shy guy also seemed to warm up to her 😊 Both of our cats looked great and were happy when we got back! Thank you, Yesenia!
Yesenia was incredible with my cat Romeo! I felt so at ease while i was away. Loved getting the updates. Would recommend and will request again!
Yesenia was wonderful! We had her come by to use her vet tech experience to give fluids to our senior kitty! She was so communicative and worked with us while we were away to make sure our kitty was comfortable and we were in the loop. She was an excellent sitter and I can’t recommend her enough!
