Hi! I prefer to be called Izzy, and I’m a passionate animal lover who adores all types of pets. I grew up with a Chihuahua, a Boxer/Hound rescue, and two German Shepherds, so I’m well-versed in handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments. My mother, a former veterinarian turned nurse, inspired my knowledge of animal health and well-being. I thrive on staying busy and love dedicating my time and affection to furry friends. With additional experience through the Wag! app, I promise to care for your best friend as if they were my own, ensuring their happiness and comfort every step of the way.

*Update: I’m no longer boarding pets in my home, except for my regular clients. For existing clients: my cat, who has been crate-trained since she was a kitten, is friendly and well-behaved. However, I can easily keep her in a separate room if your pet isn’t comfortable around cats. As an experienced sitter on apps like Wag! and Care, I focus on creating the safest and most comfortable arrangements for every pet I care for, ensuring they feel secure and happy.

Yesenia was great with my 2 pugs over a long holiday weekend. She was communicative and sent me updates throughout the weekend. She also left my apartment near and tidy which was great when arriving home from being away. Will 100% book again!

Schedule
I spend about 4–5 hours a day logged in online for work, but since I make my own hours, I’m able to prioritize your pet’s needs. On days when I’m not required to log in or run errands, I have even more flexibility to give your pet the attention and care they deserve. Errands never run more than 3 hours, unless an emergency should happen I will communicate with you.
