I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. Growing up I had two Lhasa Apso pups and two cats so caring for pets has been a big part of my life. As they got older, I helped give them their medications and make them feel comfortable. Over the years, my family has added three pups - two Toy Poodles and one Shih Tzu, who I have helped raised since they were puppies. I also have two of my own: an Australian Shepherd and a Bernese Mountain Dog, both whom I have raised since they were 8 weeks old. Through them, I have lots of experience in puppy training and recognizing that each pup is unique and has different needs. I also have experience caring for cats. My childhood cat developed health issues in her senior years, and I helped care for her through monthly vet visits and multiple medications, giving me first hand experience with the extra patience and attention senior cats need. My family also added a friendly tuxedo kitten to the bunch and my boyfriend has a shy cat as well. So I am comfortable caring for cats with outgoing or more reserved feline personalities. I understand that every pet has different needs, and I always strive to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they're in my care. Whether your pet is energetic and playful, shy and cautious, or a senior needing extra patience, I'll care for them as if they were my own.

Every pet has their own routine, preferences, and unique needs so I will take the time to follow your care instructions closely. Whether that's sticking to a feeding schedule, administering medications, or going on walks, I will make sure your pet's routine stays as consistent as possible. My goal is to help your pet feel safe and give you peace of mind knowing your pet is cared for and loved while you're away. I'll care for them the way you ask while also treating them with the same affection and attention I give my own pets. I understand how important it is to trust someone with a member of your family, so I will do everything to care for them!

Yesenia took great care of Sister (my doggy) and followed all of my instructions. She communicated well throughout the booking and even let me know when she noticed a small scratch on Sister’s nose, which I really appreciated. She was also very flexible and accommodating when I needed to extend my booking, making the whole experience much less stressful and my trip even better. Sister was happy and well cared for when I got home. I would definitely book with Yesenia again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and communicative pet sitter.
Yesenia was wonderful! She looked after my dog while I was away on vacation. Dropped in frequently, sent lots of photos and updates, and was very responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone going away or who needs someone to let their dog out while they’re at work.

Schedule
I have plenty of time to look after your pup or feline! While I prefer to watch your pet between 8-5 so I can also spend time with my own pets, I understand there are times after work or on the weekends when you need to leave your furry friend to go and enjoy yourself without feeling guilty leaving them behind. In these cases, I can absolutely make exceptions.
