You can call me Lissa :) I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have a deep love and understanding of their needs and personalities. I grew up caring for my own pets and have often looked after the dogs of friends and neighbors. I’m incredibly responsible and full of love — animals and kids truly bring me joy. Since joining Rover, my life has become so much richer thanks to the dogs I’ve met. Reading heartfelt reviews from pet parents has even brought tears to my eyes. It’s been so touching to feel appreciated for doing something that brings me so much happiness. What started as a way to explore having another dog before adopting has turned into a journey of discovering a true passion and purpose. I take pet care seriously and always follow each owner’s specific instructions. Whether your dog needs special care, a unique routine, or just a little extra love, I’m happy to accommodate. Appreciate the photos sent during our pup’s stay with her and her flexibility when we were running late due to holiday traffic. Our pup loves coming over to her place and appreciate her and her family’s care and concern for him!

Schedule
I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, working only 2-3 hours a day. This allows me to take frequent walks and dedicate plenty of time to caring for your pets. Your furry friend will always have someone around to give them attention!

Safety, trust & environment
Our home has a medium-sized backyard with plenty of grass for your dog to enjoy. The yard is securely fenced, providing a safe space for play and relaxation. Our 9-pound mini Goldendoodle loves spending the day running around and exploring, and your dog will have just as much fun going in and out freely throughout the day!
Pets
A typical day
I usually take the dogs on 2-4 walks around the neighborhood each day to keep them active and happy. Our securely fenced backyard is always accessible for them to explore and play throughout the day. I also give treats once or twice a day as a reward or for a fun snack.
