Hi, I'm Ricky! Dogs have always been a part of my life growing up from Maltese-Shih Tzus, Jindos, to Huskies. Big or small, quiet or energetic, shy or outgoing, all dogs are welcome! 🐶 My style is calm and reliable. Rather than rush a nervous dog, I'd rather build a little trust first and let it unfold from there. It works especially well with shy or anxious dogs who need a patient handler, and with puppies who are still learning the basics. I'm also fully comfortable with larger, stronger breeds. 🐶 What to expect: * Flexible schedule, including last-minute requests when I can swing it * Quick to respond to messages * Happy to follow any routines, commands, or training cues you're working on * I'll send updates and photos so you know how the walk went 🐶 If your dog/cat has specific quirks, anxieties, or favorite routes, just let me know!

I care for dogs and cats in your home, where they feel most comfortable. I follow your routine closely, from feeding times to where their favorite hiding spots are. I always double-check doors and windows, keep food and cleaning supplies secured, and never leave anything lying around that a curious pet could get into. I treat your home with the same respect I'd want for my own and leave everything tidy after each visit. I also pay close attention to your pet’s body language, giving shy or anxious little ones space while offering affection to those who want it, and I'll send photo updates so you always know how they're doing.

Yeon Joon took care of our cats for eight days and was fantastic. He was incredibly diligent and communicative throughout our trip, sending regular updates and making sure we always knew how they were doing. He was attentive to all of our instructions and clearly took great care of them, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. We came home to happy, well-cared-for cats and everything in great shape. We’d absolutely trust Yeon Joon to watch them again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful sitter!
Yeon Joon (Ricky) has three cats of his own, so I already knew my two would be in great hands, but he somehow exceeded all expectations! He watched them for two weeks while I was away, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He took such amazing care of them, made them feel safe and loved, and gave them endless cuddles. They literally came back even more cuddly than before! He also sent us tons of photos and updates, which my husband and I appreciated so much because we missed them terribly. I couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone looking for someone who will love their pets like his own!
I left my husky, Sasha, with Ricky for a full week while I was on vacation, and I couldn't have asked for better care. Huskies can be a lot to handle, but Ricky kept up with his walks every day and made sure he got the exercise he needs to stay happy and calm at home. He stuck to his feeding schedule, kept his water fresh, and sent me photos and updates throughout the week, which let me relax and actually enjoy my trip!! When I got home, Sasha was in great spirits and clearly adored Ricky. The apartment was just as I left it. Ricky is reliable, attentive, and genuinely good with dogs. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable sitter, and I'll be asking him again the next time I travel!
I currently co-parent three cats with Ricky Choi. He is their main caretaker when it comes to food, water, and litter box. He is very attentive, filling their food dispenser and water fountain as needed as well as scooping their litter boxes daily. He is a very loving pet parent who plays with them every day and gives them lots of love. He is extremely qualified for this position.

Schedule
I'm currently working part-time, which leaves me with a flexible schedule during the week and on weekends. Since I already care for three cats of my own, feeding, litter, and check-ins are part of my everyday routine, fitting pet care into my day comes naturally. I'm happy to work around your timing for visits and can usually accommodate last-minute requests.
