Extremely reliable, very friendly and takes great care of your pet. If you choose Yelena, you’re leaving your loved pets in the best hands you can find- her communication is great, and she puts a lot of her own time during the day in with your pets. Hard to find a reason NOT to see if yelena is available when booking, she can’t be beat!
Amazing! Yelena was very communicative the whole time I was gone. My cat was very nervous to be away from me but Yelena did everything she could do to try to make her comfortable. She even had her own room she could stay in!
5 stars IS NOT ENOUGH for me to even rate Yelena. She truly cares and looks after your pets as if they’re her own. She’s so understanding and considerate if my cat (especially my son😅) if he ever had an accident she never let me know in a malicious way or to be angry she just simply wanted to keep me updated on how they were doing. Although I missed my kids dearly her spams of photos truly kept me going and motivated. I genuinely don’t know if I see my kids getting watched by anyone else seriously a 1000/10💗💗💗
