I have loved animals since childhood and have experience with different personalities, temperaments, and special care needs. When I was younger, I trained my own dog for competitions, and we even won a gold medal together. That experience taught me patience, consistency, and how important trust and communication are between animals and humans. Over the last few years, I have cared for dogs with special medical needs, including a sick dog who required eye drops every 3 hours throughout the day and night. I understand how important it is to follow routines carefully and make animals feel safe and calm during stressful situations. I also have experience with reactive and highly energetic dogs. One of the dogs I cared for was extremely loving with humans but aggressive toward other dogs during walks. I learned how to safely handle her outside while keeping her calm and comfortable. In another case, I cared for two very excitable dogs who needed structure and clear boundaries. With patience, consistency, and positive communication, we built a good routine together and they became much more obedient and relaxed without any harsh methods or violence. I also have experience caring for cats. I regularly looked after my neighbour’s cat and slowly built enough trust that he eventually allowed me to pet him everywhere — even on his tummy, which is usually a sign that a cat feels very safe and comfortable with someone. People describe me as calm, responsible, attentive, and gentle with animals. I enjoy spending quality time with pets, understanding their personalities, and making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away.
