We hired Yejun specifically to help him kickstart his profile, despite him having zero reviews. He assured us that he would treat our dog like his own and prioritize his safety and comfort. While the walks were fine, I am very disappointed. Yejun completed the first two days of walks but cancelled the weekend shifts the day before due to the winter storm. While the weather was indeed severe, I was out of the country and relying on him completely to walk my dog while my wife looked after our daughter. We would have been fine with shortened walks or quick potty breaks due to the cold/snow, or at least not leaving us high and dry so soon before. Cancelling entirely left our dog without care, but luckily someone else was able to take Kona last minute. This was a major breach of trust, and won't be hiring him again. 3 stars because the walks were not bad, and our dog seemed good, but unfortunately the last minute cancellation when the weather was known prior to even the booking, is not accepatble.

Punctual, polite and very gentle with my dog. Was available on extremely short notice and worked well with my schedule. Will be booking again
