Yeilin was outstanding and followed all of our instructions carefully while caring for our pets. Although we didn’t have the chance to meet in person before I had to leave, she took wonderful care of my dogs and treated them with kindness and attention. She was always on time for meals and potty breaks, respected our home, and communicated well throughout the stay. We couldn’t be happier with the care our dog and cat received! From the start, Yeilin was reliable, communicative, professional, and clearly loves animals. Our dog was happy, well-exercised, and relaxed when we came home, and our cat, who can be quite difficult was calm and content. Yeilin provided great communication throughout the entire experience, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It’s such a relief knowing our pets were treated like family.
