First time using Rover I was very happy with the service of this couple will highly reccomend this boarding to anyone that loves there pet safety, they sent me pictures during the stay. Thank you !!!

Booked a 3 night boarding on short notice. Positives: 1)quick response time 2)easy drop off 3)dogs came returned unharmed 4)didn’t go crazy when my dogs pooped upon arrival (house trained but maybe stress or smell of the pee pad they use for their dog was confusing) 5)apt location is dog friendly with accessible trails, walks with poop bags and trash cans. Negatives: 1) didn’t communicate in advance he would put a diaper on the male dog to prevent marking (would have picked another place to board) 2) not many updates other than “all fine” or “dogs are sleeping” or a dog didn’t eat (but I pointed out bowls were used upside down and maybe confused one dog) 3) He chose the pick up time but didn’t have time to answer questions about their stay.

Ye L. Took good care of Bella being attentive to my requests and treating Bella very well. I could tell she enjoyed spending time there.

Great experience. Sent pics and videos of my dog and was very responsive.

Ye and his girlfriend was the best host that we could possibly ask for Torti’s boarding. They were really kind throughout the process, even when there were mini accidents because of my dog from time to time. Ye sent many pictures/videos every few hours, so I could be assured that Torti was having a great time. I could tell Torti had a really great time at Ye’s place because he seemed to miss Ye’s place (like dragging me to his building during walks lol..). I am really grateful for Ye, his girlfriend (forgot her name), and Soy’s hospitality during Torti’s stay with them!
