This was our first time having Yazmin as a dog sitter and we really enjoyed our experience. She was really prompt with her communication with me which I appreciated. She sent loves of photo me and videos of Hero while we were away without being asked which helped keep my mind at ease. She was very accommodating and flexible with certain things that came up. We already have her booked for another time.

If you’re aiming for the full “angry customer” tone while still sticking to facts: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable. I am honestly shocked that someone who claims to care for dogs would think this level of neglect is acceptable. We explicitly told Yazmin that our puppy needed to be taken out every 3 hours. We provided puppy pads. We gave clear instructions. Instead, we received a puppy whose toys, bedding, and belongings were covered in urine and feces. He smelled so bad that we had to bathe him immediately after getting him home. The excuse that “dogs pee and poop everywhere in new environments” is ridiculous. We had only owned this puppy for TWO WEEKS before this stay, and he had NEVER had an accident like this in our home. The second we got home, he immediately used his puppy pad appropriately. That tells me he knew exactly where to go and had likely been left without proper potty breaks for hours. What makes this even worse is that our scheduled pickup time was 6:30 PM. We did not get our dog back until 8:30 AM the next morning. Nearly 12.5 hours later. During that time, he was apparently sitting in his own waste. When we picked him up, he was visibly distressed, shaking, and clearly uncomfortable. No puppy should be returned in that condition. Accidents happen. A puppy having one accident is understandable. Returning a puppy covered in urine and feces, with his belongings covered in urine and feces, after ignoring the care instructions provided is not an accident it is negligence. If this dog were under my care I would be mortified to return him in that condition. The complete lack of accountability afterward was just the final insult. I would strongly encourage other pet owners, especially owners of young puppies, to look elsewhere. My dog deserved better I’m so sad we trusted her.

I was told my dog had discoloration on his paws and when I went to pick him up his nail was hanging out his paw she didn’t know what happened to him or even when it happened and failed to notify me of the nail coming out

Yazmin took great care of my puppy while I was away. This was my first time using a dog sitter, so I was a little nervous, but she made the entire experience easy and stress-free. She was very communicative and sent pictures and videos throughout his stay, which gave me peace of mind and let me see how much fun he was having. She also shared observations, suggestions, and advice about his behavior and personality that I really appreciated. It was clear that she genuinely cared about him and took the time to get to know him. I had a great experience and would absolutely trust her to watch my dog again.

Probably the worst rover experience in life. Seemed Communicative on the beginning but immediately became money hungry.. offers to pick up your Pet and then blames them for having an accident un in her car for an extra fee. How?! Fully potty trained 11 year old dog who never has these accidents all of a sudden does with her? Yeah sure. She’ll also play groomer again voluntarily and shave your dog like a naked mole rat and then charge you for it. She was rude.. tried to send my dog in an uber alone because she was ready to End service
